Link to/reason for TWC: I do not know.
List of vouches since receiving TWC: New to sythe not sure if I get TWC'ed until my account is a certain age or something?
Reasoning/explanation for sketchy behaviour leading to TWC: No idea... haven't done any trades yet or anything remotely "sketchy" and do not plan on it..
Anything else you wish to say: Please update me on how this TWC thing works.. not really fair if new users get TWC'ed because they will not be able to compete with other users on here who are not.
