UPDATE: I've been contacted by RuneSport admins Envy and Dat. Envy had been away for a few days. He apologized and agreed to pay out my winnings. Dat said he's been busy then offered to cash out my winnings.

Here's the thing, they never scammed me. They were withholding my funds. Big difference. You need conclusive evidence for any scam report to be merited which I clearly didn't have hence why I didn't post in the "Report a scammer" subforum. They said that they were busy. I felt like I was being ignored. Who will ever know? The whole point of this thread was to bring awareness of the situation so that maybe they would accept accountability and to warn others so that may not fall in the same trap. You could be a little kinder with your response next time.

 

I understand that, but with any case where money is withheld, we prefer it to be handled in the same section. I get that it's called Report a Scammer, but it's really just a section that we like to keep all active cases that require attention. It's just that it really wasn't suitable for this forum.

I'm sorry if I offended you with the response, when I have to handle a fair few amount of cases in a day, I don't realise that I'm coming across as rude or immature.
