Want to get started back with Making videos

i would like to get started with OSRS videos. I have a channel with 2k subs but havent been active in a year. Going to get back to making videos. Would like to know what are some good options for recorders/editing software. Keep in mind, I am using my Mac, as my gaming desktop is in storage as I couldn't take it home with me from college for summer.
