Basic Botting Advice

Hi all, I'm wondering if someone could give me some advice. I would like to bot on my F2P ironman for the fishing skill. I am currently using Powerbot with one of the free scripts, I'm just wondering if I bot for 2-3 hours on Saturdays and Sundays and play legit for the rest of the week how much of a risk am I taking? Also do you have any tips to reduce this risk? From searching botting sites some people say turn off public chat while others say keep it on and there's many conflicting opinions. Also does babysitting your account while botting help? eg just saying hi back to people once in a while.
I'd really appreciate any advice anyone has because I am quite new to botting. Thanks.

 

If you are really going to bot for such low amounts of time there is almost no risk except in using the free script which is something that could get you banned, try to find some that isn't being used by too many people.
Babysitting your account would lower your chance of getting banned but imo just the usage of the free software is what's prolly gonna get you(if anything is) so not really worth wasting your time.
