Every single account I have bought was recovered

Is this even legal, in terms of the rules Jagex have set? And if it somehow is, no matter what I did, I was never allowed to actually KEEP ANY of the accounts I have purchased before. This site seems more for people who are too lazy to play the game themselves, so they pretend to sell their account, then once you put over 100's of hours into the account, that's when the owner wants to take back the account. I am really curious as to what the percentage of buyers actually gotten an account they have gotten to keep? And the percentage of real people who are actually trying to sell their account vs the scammers. I highly doubt successful rates of account transfer is over 10 percent.

 

who did you buy from ? try trusted people

 

If you don't purchase from reputable users, the likelihood of an account recovery is very high.

When the price is too good to be true, don't buy.
