Looking for Dev to help create RSPS server

Hey guys,

I recently had a little windfall of income and I'm looking to do something I have wanted to do for a while which is create/own a server. I understand the profitability of a move may not be guaranteed so I am hoping that a discussion of a salary to start followed by profit sharing in the server following an initial launch period may be workable. I mostly hope to serve as an asset backer and running the community. Hopefully I can learn from you and eventually move from a 90-10 type of developer role to more 50-50.
