Jagex Banned over 500k Accounts

Supposedly a massive ban-wave hit botters a few days ago, and I'm wondering if anybody here was affected by the wave? I personally haven't used a bot in over 10 years but I've seen how sophisticated some scripts look now days, and was just curious?

 

Yep they hit a ton of my accounts, even the ones I've been testing outside of using the client. One survived out of the 3 the other two got hit. The one that didn't get hit had the most amount of botted hours so I'm surprised. Esp since my new scripts don't mess with the Launcher or Runelite at all. The one that didn't get banned was the only one using the legit actual jagex launcher all others were on runelite or a 3rd party RL. So im sticking to using the Jagex launcher with scripts that control the mouse. (All my accounts are on different proxies and I would never bot more than a few hours on each account) So their anti cheating is a lot better than a lot of us thought it was since we were getting around by not using 3rd party clients but they got 2 out of the 3 that were using a new method. We got some new work to do... just don't know how they caught them. Plus these have been private scripts that I wrote (with some help of course)

 

got a total of 0 out of 50 accounts banned must of been some tweakers

 

don't bot anymore but i have noticed that the price of avernic threads are hitting the roof. I heard through the grapevine all of the doom bots got nuked. might be a while before threads start to come down, but nonetheless i have about 15 bought and keeping it till it hits 300m

 

Thread was posted towards the end of last year, but I can confirm over 500k+ accounts did get banned prior to the new year.

I got 3 of my accounts banned. Purchased an account two days ago and it got banned this morning for botting. Was using DZ
