OSRS Mobile EXP Tracker Bar P2P Only?

[cowep]

I recently started F2p Woodcutting on one of my accounts and noticed on Mobile I don’t have the experience bar that gives you a visual of how much experience you have till the next level.

Is this a P2P feature only?
