    Explanation of the trade: Promised 10 accounts completed within 20 day maximum time frame, needed them specifically done within this time frame for a private reason and I no longer want these accounts, nor want anything to do with the seller following his attitude after i've been waiting patiently.

    It's now day 25 and the accounts are no longer any good for me, as I had required them to be completed within that certain time frame and now they're not even finished nor there is an ETA and I don't want to deal a second more with this vendor.

    At first I was willing to compromise myself and business and allow the delays to follow through but following his blackmailing attempts after I had requested accounts to be ban appealed by this user for $35 per account unbanned, 2 accounts of his were unbanned. I refused to pay him out the $70 till the accounts of ($1100) were completed of which he then pretty much attempted to blackmail me saying he wouldn't do any ban appeals, and would tell other sellers not to sell me accounts If i didn't send the $70 although, he is currently holding $1100 of my money which is overdue (From the accounts beyond the deadline)

    In the chat above Machine refers to "fuck rs" and that his sisters "cancer" delayed his 6-7 trainers from completing my accounts, seems very unreasonable and a blatant lie yet again.

    All whilst I also have 7-8 accounts being trained by Machine which are almost double overdue in time, being trained by his trainer named "Jnano" which in the chat above he mentions "Someone keylogged jnano"

    Fed up of these lies, I don't want anything to do with this seller, the account sale is no longer void, I requested to have them within 20 days exact which was firmly expressed

    I would like a full refund and nothing to do with this sellers named OSRS-machines due to:
    1) False deadlines/advertisement in attempts to obtain money
    2) Attempted blackmail/guilt trip and telling other sellers to not deal business with me, unless i accepted the business he's forcing me to endure

    3) not actually giving a fuck about services only collecting money, multiple orders overdue without a single ETA for even knowing when it'll be completed with constant excuses.

    Apologizes then goes ahead and says there's always time for a refund, pretty sure that's not a thing? If that's a case a DNT would be fair till I'm paid. Genuinely worried atm as theirs 2 outstanding orders of over 17 accounts that i've paid upfront for, not finished without an ETA to be finished

    This is relevant to the report as it brings to light the true nature of this individual and further backs my points of his work tactics, practices and ethics.

    This scandalous user creates this: Resolved | Sell & Trade Game Items | OSRS Gold | ELO (sythe.org)

    creates this report which is relevant to take into consideration of the character this individual is and how they act, so their comeback rather than addressing this issue at hand and holding my $1100 hostage without finishing accounts within an agreed upon time frame, have created a report essentially saying "Dnt users not being protected by scammers"

    So rather than addressing the issue at hand, @OSRS Machines has attempted to silence a victim of this scandal

    Disgraceful and shameful if you ask me, I was patient and very kind considering the work ethic and tactics used against me but once it hit blackmail, that's when I had to stop the insanity going on at osrs machines scandalous services.

    Hello!
    Sorry for taking few days to respond to this ticket but it really doesnt seem to be true at all after reading all this..
    Let me explain it with some screenshots
    First, he ordered 7 accounts to be trained in my server (no time frame decided)
    5 of the accounts are finished and 2 are still not
    accounts got delayed because our worker was keylogged (heres prove) so the best for pingy's security we had to delay the ticket until worker fix everything in his pc/instal fresh windows etc

    heres me proving i was talking with my server partner about worker instaling fresh windows before he complete the job cause he think i faked it lol.

    2-we had a deal about (21 days) eta yes for the 10 accounts
    but we also had a deal that if any of the accounts gets ban while training i make fresh ones and i cover them all

    1 month ago a ban wave happened and it banned 6 accounts
    so i had to make em all fresh, so that gave the eta extra 9 days more or so
    by 6th accounts will be ready
    and i guess hes trying to do that because song of elves bots or business or w/e is going dead atm so hes just trying to get rid of the order
    the accounts have been made at his own skilling organizitation makes it a bit hard selling em to diff peoples
    so i have 2 options
    since we had a deal if ban happens i make fresh accounts in my own (makes it obvious that eta will go longer)
    so i will finish accs " already 6 finished " by 5th
    or he wait until i found a buyer then i refund him!
    and hopefuly mods gives me the choice to see whats best for me

    It will be unreasonable to hold @OSRS Machines to the 20 day timeframe when you yourself (@pingy) have been accepting of extensions and asking when the accounts will be finished after this 20th day, per the screenshots. It also appears that multiple accounts are claiming to be banned in which a restart happened, which is reasonable to cause an extension beyond the 20th day. I understand things were said and emotions were high but you cannot show good faith on agreeing/accepting to go beyond the 20th day then backtrack on this.

    However, with that being said, @OSRS Machines you will need to deliver on your end. It appears you've advised you can finish the remaining accounts by today (02/05/23) as of your post on 12/31/23. You will need to deliver them by the end of the day today otherwise you will be responsible for refunding @pingy for the unfinished accounts.

    Regarding the second concern (the unbanning of accounts & payments agreed upon per), due to the concerns with the $1100 order on the 10x SOTE accounts is this something that you can hold off on unbanning any additional accounts as well as hold off on receiving the payment for the ones that were unbanned until your side of the deal is done? It appears this would be less than 24 hours anyways, as you indicated you would be done by today (02/05/23) anyways. Can both sides agree to this & having this resolved/paid within 24 hours after the 10x SOTE accounts are finished?

    I've never accepted extensions, I was forcefully dealing with it. I don't accept these terms.

    This was the deal we both agreed to, and that's what were following through upon. I gave him 9 days after the deadline for me to report him. So I gave him 9 days extra upon an already agreed upon 20 day maximum delivery.

    I'm taking my full refund, TOS's and and agreements are made pre-hand for a reason so that individuals don't abuse people taking orders with false deadlines and false hopes in order to obtain a sale.

    Initially I wasn't going to report him out of good will and patience, however I changed my mind. And It's perfectly in my right to, since we are going by our agreement. There was no extension agreement made, it was simply me being patient waiting since there's nothing else I could do.

    9 days extra is far more than enough and the accounts are no longer useful to myself, the 20 day deadline was given for a reason.

    I would like my refund as the TOS we both agreed upon states that the accounts must have been completed within a maximum time frame of 20 days.

    By you making this ruling, you're voiding all TOS's and pre-agreements ever made all because I was being patient? I don't agree, I want my money back. The accounts are no longer useful to me, 20 day maximum timeframe was given for a reason.

    You are free to dispute my ruling if you would like. For further breakdown on the insufficient TOS & the 20 day timeframe — apologies for not being too clear on the initial reply on why we cannot hold Machines to this:

    You had an initial 20 day timeframe (but advised on bans he can refund or restart) with nothing discussed if restarts happen due to bans. You are asking this provider to provide all 10 accounts at once (seen below) when 6/10 accounts were banned <7 days from the due date.

    & allowing him the ability to refund or restart if an account gets banned (he chose to restart). Six of the ten accounts you have ordered were banned on 01/18/2023. That would leave <7 days to restart the six accounts and finish. That is not a reasonable timeframe & again it circles back to there's no discussion on what would happen in the case of an account restart.

    If we were to consider 20 days from the restart option which you've provided it appears he is well within the 20 day timeframe (that would be 02/07/23).

    Furthermore, he offered you 3 accounts (& per @OSRS Machines the remaining of the ones that did not get banned were on the 'final touches') within the 9 day grace period you are claiming you've allowed above & you told him to wait until all 10 are completed (which circles back to the concerns above of 6/10 being banned 01/18/2023 & restarted).

    @OSRS Machines has advised that the accounts were complete but you are not responding. He will need to provide you the (10) accounts or you both can come up with an amicable solution to the predicament at hand.

    Provide me proof of 6 banned accounts within that time frame with proof of the RSN included in each gif, refreshed osrs page in each gif or preferably screenshared to me

    And I will take the 10 accounts today. Otherwise what your claiming is a fallacy.

    Should this be a lie, I will be liable for a full refund, since your claims will be based on a fallacy that was made to delay time scale,

    On the contrary, if that is true presented with actual proof screenshared, refreshed osrs pages with rsn displayed then I will take the accounts, that would be fair to me
