Multiple Votes on a Server

Hey i was recently trying to figure out how people are achieving multiple votes on a server. It is possible due to the un-obtainable amount of votes some people have during the end of the day when the maximum should be 2.

I've tried using 2 vpn's cyberghost and hideme, i can vote on all 4 pages using this where i input my ingame name but the problem is when i try to login with the VPN i get error connecting to server and can't login to the game.

If i disable it and login normally under the account donated and type ::claim it says i've already claimed my reward having donated on the first account.

Would be great if someone could help with a solution

The server probably has a detectable IP system whereby it can see changes from the original account or can detect any form of proxy/VPN.
