OSRS GP for Noots?

Is this something that's allowed?
How would I do it (nooters being of me)?
And would anyone be interested?

I made a similar thread in Upper Spam. Maybe the reason it remains open is because nobody was interested....or maybe because I'm a guy and some secret admirer is super interested.
