DNT appeal - Another Account of mine was hacked and linked to this one

Link to/reason for TWC/DNT/Ban: Ellkoy

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: My first account was hacked and I didn't know what to do so I made this account and it was linked to the hacked accounts IP so I got a DNT automatically. The hacked account has been taken off any bans/DNTS but this one never did. Can I please get removed here as well.

Anything else you wish to say: So I don't use scythe all that much, I use it every now and then and I don't know how to get access back to my Ellkoy account because I don't have access to the email that is on file, or the one I believe is on file. If I can just get my DNT removed here that is fine, but I would also like to be pointed in the direction to getting back onto that account as it was my original one.
