People wanting to log in my acc to "check"?

Sorry if I am in the wrong forum! but I don't think so...

So I am trying to sell my account for a while now (about 2 months) and some people keep asking me if they can log in my account to "check everything's like described".

Is there a way they can fully control my account and change like the bank PIN or something like that, or worse they could get my acc banned with like botting or such...


Hopefully you guys can help me out!


BTW: can I report those users for scamming?

 

It’s usually not good to allow people to check because like you said they can bot, flame, and drop stuff while on your account. I’d suggest just using a MM. It’s the best way. Also if those users were to do those things while checking, you can report them for scamming.

so I can't report them for a scamm attempt if they "just" want to log in my account...o well nobody will ever log on the acc if they don't purchase it, it's a risky game of trust on both parts, buyer and seller...

 

You can report them if they attempted to get your account banned, stole items, botted, etc.

 

There is no legit reason for anyone to need to logon to an account before buying. If they don't believe the pictures you have are yours to begin with, then they shouldn't be buying the account in the first place.

If it's because they would like to check something like untradables then there are other options like meeting up with them ingame to show them or even screen sharing on Skype or something so you can keep your name blocked out for security.

 

What is there to even check lol... they most likely just want to log on and see what they can take tbh

 

Most likely always scammers, so wouldn't recommend, what you can do however, not sure if staff or someone trusted would do it but, for them to verify ur account that it's as described as your thread says. And if they come up with "I need to check ur acc" you just redirect them to the user who verified your acc

 

If they so desperately want to check if it is how it's described just use screen share via ''Discord'' or ''Skype'' This way they can only view the account from you're movements and no further

 

I've done a screen share via Skype and it worked out for me in the past. I wouldn't ever let someone actually log in though. Just sayin

 

Some sadistic fucks might just log on and ruin your pure. Its happened before...

i would not do it sounds like they have information on the account and want to associate there ip with the account giving them a pretty good chance of recovering said account

 

if they dont belive in pics you can have middleman to comfirm account for them if they are legit

 

Buying / selling accounts is something i'll never be a fan of anyways.

 

depends how trusted they are also, not a build that can be easily rekt

 

Second this. Don't let them on your account as they may drop the untradeables and/or ruin an important stat (def on a pure). Either get an OMM or screenshare on skype.
