    This is incorrectly categorized as two accounts interacting. When in fact it is a fake vouch (the two accounts literally never interacted I believe)

    A ""vouch"" extends beyond a post on a vouch thread. As confirmed by video and by the definition of a vouch. Thanks @pingy for posting it on the last report

    So this has been discussed and decided that yes we will move forward with the perm ban as this was not the first time.
