About glitching

What would you call an interface like the quest screen that goes away when you perform an action/talk to npcs and then pops back up automatically? I can even do cutscenes and it comes back after the cutscene.

I am also disabled of using the teleport tabs/inventory/prayers etc... (the tiles are gone on my screen, can't open em with f keys either)

What could I use this for?

 

There a lot of bugs that are just bugs and can't do much with them.

This sounds like something that was used to abuse the BA glitch.
