What benefits would you have as staff?

 

Everything that is there, you will have access to the staff panel and all the commands.

But, there's some requirements in order to get staff, such as play time and all that.

 

is there any form of application that needs to be filled out? interview?

 

If playtime is a requirement to be chosen as staff you shouldn't make it look like you're in desperate need to staff as you did in the title. Could be misleading.
