OS Gold coin?

Had an idea, probably not good but interesting.
Would it be possible to create a coin 'backed' and exchangable for OSRS GP? Looks like there's a couple apps/platforms out there to create blatant scam coins easy, like MoonShot (don't buy the osrs gold coin there, it's me but it doesn't do anything lol) but what about an ACTUAL backed coin?

RWT's not going anywhere, might be amusing currency pair to gamble on, or just a semi-useful memecoin. Would it be worth the work?
