Botting Tips

What are some tips of advice that you follow as you bot? Please also explain why you feel your tip works and any proof you have to support it.

 

Don't bot the same thing all the time, actually play once in a while.

If one bot on the same IP gets banned there is a good chance other bots running on the same IP will be banned as well. So if you want to run 20 bots on the same vps/ip be willing to lose 20 as well. I never bot more than 3 accounts at once.

If you're going to use a VPS, find one that isn't commonly used for botting or advertised as a botting vps. These will flag your account based on IP.

Avoid people, but pay attention to the number of people in the world. The more players in the world, the faster things respawn.. trees.. monsters.. etc.

Avoid HEAVILY botted areas such as crabs and seers yews.. mods watch these places like crazy

Avoid saturated scripts, both free and paid. If you're using one and you see 5 people complain of a ban in the same day, find a new script.

Paying for custom made private scripts is worth the money in the long run.

Bot reasonable hours. Real people don't play 20 hours a day.. normal people anyway. Don't overnight unless you have a good/private script with antiban.. even then, babysit it.

Don't do the same skill over and over, switch it up.
