    Okay, so he contacted me out of nowhere after i posted on someone elses thread.

    then he blocked me on skype.

    Then i googled his skype it came to a sythe thread with a different user with an account that was just created here https://gyazo.com/67ff99a35f68e0703e603843300012b1

    It's not kylo, kylo posted it as the "other person's skype". IP resolves to a serial ban evader who is already banned
