Obby Zerk-Tank

So i'm going to be making an obby tank, but want to make it a 40-45 defense tank (Zerk tank) But are there any quests that reward defense xp that I should work on doing?

What quests do zerkers do to get 45 defense? and why do they do them?

 

Quests for That Perfect 45 Defence:

The fremenick Trials = 2,813
Dragon Slayer = 18,650
Monkey Madness = Choose attack and strength to get a reward of 20,000 Defence xp.
Nature Spirit = 2000
Holy Grail = 15,300
A soul's bane= 500
Heroes Quest = 3075.
In Search of Myreque= 600
In Aid of Myreque= 2000

He cant choose attack and str, he shouldnt do MM at all.
He's staying 1 attack.

 

He said he's getting 42 attack for Void.
