US Fine Scammed me

ok so i am new here dont know if this is in the right section. I am from powerbot, but the thing is i was scammed by usfine and someone who works for usfine has an account on powerbot, i was told i could not report that certain user because of what the company did. The dispute was closed and "Chris" an admin on powerbot told me how "legit" and "trustworthy" usfine is and they would never scam yet he refused to take a look at my evidence. He ignored my pms and ignored my posts. I posted another post recently arguing this and he closed it and said their is nothing to be discussed yet he refuses to take a look at my evidence. I told him powerbot is money hungry since they advertise usfine and are willing to defend a scamming website. i have all the proof necessary. I was told by someone on powerbot that i am able to report a website if they scam on here.
