Back to back sigils? Drop rates increased?

I heard Jagex made an update where drops of things are increased. Is this true? Proof? I see alot of locked threads on RS forums.

 

Its probably just a bunch of bullshit... Don't worry about it. Someone got EXTREMELY LUCKY.

 

Just luck dude. Getting two in a row isn't proof.

 

There's no way they'd up the drop rate on anything.
Especially not something that high of a value like a sigil... that was just luck

 

unless i see scrennies or a vid i doubt he got back to back drops

 

I saw someone's adventurer's log a while back and they had gotten back to back sigils.

It doesn't mean the drop rates were changed, just that that one guy got very fucking lucky.
