It depends on your needs, but in general I would suggest learning how to use crypto.

When it comes to sythe/this market/forum markets (non-shady ones), the most widely used cryptocurrency at the time of this post is LTC (Litecoin).
There are many tutorials on crypto wallets and exchanges, for smaller amounts you can just use a mobile wallet like Exodus.
Some people prefer to hold their crypto on an exchange, and some exchanges like Binance allow you to send and receive crypto in a similar way to PayPal, via internal transactions using a "Binance ID". This is a fairly common method, but it does have its downsides.

PayPal is accepted in many e-stores, so you may be used to paying with PayPal almost everywhere.

Do not use PayPal.

PayPal is:

- expensive to send - high fees, bad conversion rate
- risky for the receiving party due to charge backs - you will be charged extra if you use PayPal, and you will have to charge your customers extra for the same reason
- terrible with customer support
- glowing

They will allow you to use PayPal to receive/send money for a while, but eventually will lock your account, and you will be required to do a proper verification.

Do not use PayPal.
