    Hello, please route this accordingly if not the correct location. More so wanting to share my experience and potentially a trade with caution or other type of warning to protect others.

    Explanation of the trade: I had purchased a quests and skilling. Agility training was something I purchased, worker was logged .
    How they scammed: I was logged off briefly during a at lava strykwyrms, which time sira service worker signed on and died at agility wildy course. This was a 300m loss in gear and a fire cape. In attempt to repay the amount lost, I received a perma ban and appeal was denied.

    Hello @Slay4MaryJ,

    From the screenshots provided it's not clear how the gold was transferred. It appears Sira or their manager/worker attempted to find a safe trading solution. Unfortunately there is always a chance to receive a RWT ban, regardless of how cautious you are. I don't see any signs of poor trading practices.

    If you have anything to add, please let me know. If not, then there's unfortunately nothing we can do here.

    Hi @Zora - sythe mods Id like to clarify a few important points

    First the worker made a mistake by entering the Wilderness without realizing the account still had gear equipped We acknowledged that mistake immediately The actual loss was significantly less than 300m but despite that we compensated the customer with over 300m in value and also offered a 30% lifetime discount on future orders as a goodwill gesture.

    The customer accepted the compensation and continued using our services multiple times after this incident. If he was unhappy with our resolution he had every opportunity to stop using our services yet he chose to return.

    Regarding the RWT ban the timeline is also important The death occurred in early March Proof while the account was banned at the end of May (roughly two to three months later) During the compensation process we even offered multiple repayment methods to reduce any potential risk including:
    • Drop trade
    • PK kill
    • Tip Jar
    • Bond gifts
    • Direct IRL payment
    The customer chose to receive compensation and we did everything we reasonably could to accommodate him

    There is no evidence that the RWT ban months later was caused by our compensation. Between March and the end of May, the account owner had full control of the account and we cannot be held responsible for any trades or activities that occurred during that period

    We resolved the gold loss in good faith months ago and the customer continued ordering from us afterward Bringing up the resolved incident only after receiving an unrelated RWT ban does not establish that our compensation caused the ban.

    The gold lost initially was purchased safely through bonds on the RuneScape page, and I shared that I wanted bonds purchased through the RuneScape page on my account to compensate but the only offer similar to this was to trade me bonds instead of buying them on the account. To offer me usd value of gold at their Gp selling price when I purchased safely through bonds is not an even trade.
    Additionally it’s suspected that the loss in the wilderness was done as a way to obtain gold from the account that was purchased safely through bonds, as the person who killed the account in the wilderness also appeared in the house when Gp was being placed in the tip jar by their mule, which had an rsn of hessellin, when I asked that a high level main be used. The account was not a high level main and had a name that made the transfer less safe.
    Also to add, I continued using their services because i had an order outstanding for multiple 99s to be achieved and the order was only partially finished. To this time I still have not been compensated for the unfinished order. The ban also occurred roughly 30 days after the tip jar placement occurred. I am only posting about this now because this is the only time I’ve had available to put aside to alert on this, to them it is their job, but to me it’s still just a game. It’s more for awareness for anyone thinking to allow them on their account with valuable items.

    Id like to clear up a few things because I feel some of the information being shared isn't accurate

    First of all our worker made a mistake by entering the Wilderness without noticing the account still had gear equipped We admitted the mistake right away apologized and compensated the customer The actual loss was much lower than 300m but we still paid back over 300m replaced his Infernal Cape at our own expense and even gave him a 30% lifetime discount on all future orders

    The customer is now saying that he only wanted Bonds purchased from the RuneScape website At the time that was never presented as the only acceptable option We discussed different ways to compensate him and in the end he chose the Tip Jar method himself Ill attach the screenshots showing him asking about the Tip Jar building one opening it receiving the compensation thanking us and saying he'd use the gold to buy his gear back

    He's also claiming now that the Wilderness death was intentional so we could take his gold I don't understand where this comes from We never took any of his gold never asked for it and he hasn't provided any evidence to support that claim Right after the incident he even said "It happens" and explained that he had logged out during a Slayer task while our worker logged in.

    He also says he only continued using us because he had an unfinished skilling order However after this incident he thanked our worker multiple times said "Excellent job brother" talked about future orders and placed additional orders with us Ill attach those screenshots as well

    As for the RWT ban the timeline matters The death happened on March 9th while the RWT ban happened on April 24th more than six weeks later There is no evidence showing that our compensation caused that ban We resolved the gold loss immediately, and the customer accepted that resolution

    This isn’t the first time I’ve told you that you used my account to transfer gold on the wildy death. This also isn’t the first time I’ve told you I wanted bonds through the RuneScape site but you kept giving the run around and saying you will compensate me based on the price you sell gold for, which black market gold isn’t the same value of gold obtained through bond purchases, share the full chat transcripts. I kept things civil as I had a multiple hundred $ order outstanding which is still outstanding, there were still multiple 99s supposed to have been completed. None of these issues came up until the multi 99s. I just want what is owed to me and for the community to be aware of the situation. Don’t word the internal cape as if it was free, your worker caused that loss because he was unaware of the 800mil worth of gear on when going into the wild and died, all within a short time span to where he logged out of the account and avoided telling anyone what happened.

    This claim has been repeated several times but no evidence has been provided to support it We never used the Wilderness death to transfer or obtain the customer's gold

    The screenshots show that multiple compensation methods were discussed and that the customer ultimately chose to receive the compensation via Tip Jar If he considered this unacceptable he could have declined it at the time but instead he accepted the compensation

    you did not accept the request I made on how I wanted the reimbursement to be, it was for bonds to be purchased on my account through RuneScape page, and the only options were those options convenient and cheapest for you, all of which was through black market gold or take a huge loss value for accepting payment based on black market gold values versus the gold lost being from bond purchases , so when backed in a corner, what other options did I have. You already expressed you were not willing to fulfill my request of buying bonds on the account through RuneScape and wanted to just trade bonds over.

    I asked what was going to be done to compensate and it kept being mentioned that none of this was anyone’s fault on your end and that you would give 30% off all future orders, so I said I would follow up on sythe. But since you are now saying that you will compensate, let’s work towards making that happen. And can compensation be what is convenient for me instead of the cheapest way out for you? You can keep that lifetime 30%, I wouldn’t use the services again, too much shiesty.

    The gold loss was already compensated and resolved months ago We do not believe any additional compensation is owed for the same incident

    Finally this is the first time Ive seen someone accept compensation continue using our services and then come back months later asking for additional compensation for the exact same incident We believe this matter was fully resolved at the time
