Ban Vading + Potential Serial account Recoverer

Explanation of the trade: I was purchasing his ironman for $250 CAD, He claimed that another user recently hacked the iron and yoinked the bank.

after transferring the account to a jagex account, he gave me the existing email -- Mods see deleted for the email.

This email was linked to the account theme89 which I didnt find out about until after the call.

After migrating @gaudet12389 was providing the recovery information, and offered to get the recent tx ids for membership purchases I agreed and while screensharing he went through his email while I was recording.

Im going to block out most of the information for his privacy, but if mods wish to see the originals let me know.

in this image you can see very recently some suspicious jagex recoveries with matching Etransfer payments.

Attached are the other images with pages and pages of password resets / recovery attempts
even some where multiple are sent on the same day. hidden for privacy reasons.

Again this entire video is available for mods to see if they want, theres also a ton more that I didnt upload pictures of on the video.



The issue around all this is I found all this information after migrating the account to a fresh jagex account, im not sure what the path forward here is, as I clearly dont want the account given the users history of scamming and apparent serial recovery activity.

How they scammed: appears to be a serial recover'er.

EDIT: Upon further discussion with @gaudet12389 some of the email change requests appear to be phishing emails sent to him, and he did validate that the etransfers in the above screenshot were from his mother/coworker and not people who he scammed

I explained to you the reason for recent account recoveries.
the very top one was because "shopwildy" tried to take the account that I was selling to you, which I told you about..

the old recovery emails, from 2022, are me recovering old/forgotten accounts all at once, which is why there is a flurry of emails, its all different accounts, most of them throwaways or low levels.
I provided many screenshots to explain it..

Mod message me and I can go through all my recovery emails, for my personal accounts, which were never sold to anyone.
can show info on each etransfer you brought up as well.

 

he remained in control, but the issue was the account was migrated onto my jagex account email, I already told him over discord that I have no interest in the account and wasnt trying to take it.

My understanding is once the transfer is done its irreversable

I'm not a "serial account recoverer" or a scammer, I do admit to messing up a firecape deal on here 15 years ago
