Ooblaj1 scammed me, and Stolen number

So 2 days ago ooblaj1 sold me a dds pure, by the name whyare_udead for 40 bucks. All the info he provided was apparently fake, He said a user Kelpo or something sold him that, and Dingos sold it to kelpo.

Yesterday i sold the pure for a zerker and a main account.

I log on to msn, and what do you know, ooblaj1 is online and Ryan, Aka Stolen Number is telling me the account has been recovered. I Invited ooblaj1 and his response was Rediculous. He said he took it back as he was banned?
