Help unlocking my account

I bought an account around 2 weeks ago. I set my own recoveries and email, but I never got any information about the account. 5 days ago my account was disabled because they have think it's suspicious of being stolen. I tried unlocking the account 3 times with my recoveries and email. I don't know any other information like previous passwords and membership information. What should I write for the ban appeal or any other tips?

 

Ask the user you bought it off for the details.

 

I bought the account from another site..
and he is banned...

 

You can always send in an appeal saying that you've moved houses / changed internet providers.

 

I just submitted an appeal letting them know that I moved houses and that all my information is correct.

Without old details of the account, it won't get unlocked.

Appealing with your own set of recoveries is pointless, you need the details from the seller.

 

Sorry to say but unless you get the first details you wouldn't be able to unlock your account. I would bet though that the original owner is trying to get his account back so good luck with that.
