Online/Offline icons

I was one of the Lithuanian RuneScape website owner and had very nice online/offline icons, I do not have a use for them anymore, and I think it would look cool on sythe (near avatar or under the post count).

I don't really like this. It will look annoying when you have 5 of these on your screen.

 

They does not flash so fast when they are in a profile

 

I find the flashing a little annoying. Besides, the Green/Grey lights next to your Username do the job just fine.

To answer your poll: No, we don't need them. We already have a way to see if users are already online/offline, and user options to hide this if one is a donator. Not only will this add clutter to the site, it will take up bandwidth, and it unnecessary to change.

 

You just need to change the pictures, none of them takes much bandwidth, we do not need a new way, just to change the pictures.
It is pointless to hide it, but maybe donators could have an ability to change online/offline images?

 

They look fine, no need for new ones. The flashing lights are annoying anyway.

 

As I see there are way too many people with damaged eyes, this can not be done, closed.
