    Paypal Blacklist

A paypal email blacklist of all known and condemned scammers? It would be harder to make new Paypal accounts as each account must have its own unique financial information. For many people, it's very hard/ time consuming to create or request new financial information from their banks and not all of us have prepaid financial information readily available. This would cut down on scammers in this forum.

It wouldn't be that hard to implement as admins could easily add it to the list after every successful scam report.

    Paypal Blacklist

It's been suggested many times before, and while the idea sounds good in theory, it will be denied for the three below reasons:

    1. It's too easy to create a new PayPal and use that one, making the list useless,
    2. Not everyone will check the list, and
    3. It will always be outdated and forgotten.
Lists like this have been implemented before, such as the "500 RuneScape accounts not to buy" but eventually they always die out and become useless.
