About Infractions/Bans.

Hello,

Well, from my observations in past few months, the problem with bans and infractions is annoying. What's my point? The point is ...
When it comes to give an Infraction to someone, doesn't matter for what, if it's real reason or some shitty one, it's done within few hours. BUT when someone posts in 'Report a scammer' section, that he got scammed by person named X, nothing happens - Well, not all the time, i'm not saying your not doing anything with it, but an example is : 7-8 Days ago i have been scammed by Call A Medic for 60$, it's not much, but still it counts as scam - so i simply reported him in 'Report a scammer' section, AND i got messaged back, that i didn't gave enough evidence to ban him (Topic : http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=4043118#post4043118)
After that, i decided to make another screenshot, with him banning me on MSN, and still nothing happened from then.
I posted few links where people accussed Call A Medic of scamming, BUT still it doesn't mean anything to You! No ban, no infraction, no TWC rank? When i called someone scammer (Yes i know, without proof) i have been Infracted within few minutes from my post ... I'm not here to complain about it, but it's annoying for me - Please do not flame me for my opinion as I have my rights to post my opinion about anything. Just tell me why it's like that, alot of scammers isn't banned yet, and they will scam even more if you let them do it.

If it just was that easy... EDIT: Banned, tho.
Most of us mods have real life too. We are doing this job for free and as good as we can. It may take even a few days for someone to deal with your report.

Yes Pshy, I understand everyone has a real life, but still i was thinking they will just ignore my report :$
