One question?

Would you play rs If, (If you say ''jagex will never remove botters i will report it as a spam.)

if jagex finally come to there senses and remove all botters and they make a update where everyone gets unbanned and a WHOLE economy reset i mean every single item+cash for every account disappears. Do you think that would be a good new start to the game?? also and all the prices go back to what they used to be before free trade+wildy was brought back. for example claws 30m ags 90m etc etc.

 

It would be nice having the bot problem dealt with (I know this website is full of people who bot, but I am legit and although I don't have anything against the botters, it gets annoying for me when spots are really crowded or the prices of items I work hard to obtain are constantly decreasing), but I would probably quit RS if Jagex "reset" the game and all items and cash back to what they were before the problem got so out of hand. I would infact be very pissed off with Jagex if I logged in one day and all my wealth was removed from my account just so we could all get a little fresh start. I would be cancelling my membership a few minutes after the initial shock wore off.

 

botting is where its at, i dont play rs legit anymore so if they banned every bot i'd just stop playing :3

botting is out of control, but it does generate runescape revenue, cutting all bot accounts cuts like what 100k+ users going to their site, looking at their ads. yikes

 

Without bots, the economy would be very unstable. I think Jagex should deal with the bot problem, but not get rid of them all. And almost everyone would quit if RS was reset.

 

I'd love to see the problem deceased, but they won't ever bury the botters due to the amount of revenue they produce. Jagex is owned 85% by investors, they have no passion for Runescape they're just money hungry. Jagex will only take action when the problem gets so out of hand that they have no other choice in the matter, I'm 100% sure they already know how to get rid of all the botters, they just aren't choosing to do so.
