Im sick and tired of everytime someone posts in the wrong section or does something wrong the whole community has to correct them.

For example.
Someone posts in the wrong section. Only one person needs to say wrong section and post the link where the thread belongs. People will see 5 people posting wrong section and still continue to post "wrong section" People only do this to get their post count up.

Lemme wrap this up into something general. Lets say pics. Pics pics pics. Some people forget right? Well you need only one damn person to tell them to post it because i've seen a thread go up to 2-3 pages talking about "dude post pics" etc.


I think after the first 2 post stating wrong section I think anyone stating it after the 2 posts should and can be reported as a spammer.


Some may know it as back seat modding. Well in that case that rule needs to be inforced because from my point of view I barely See any action being done.

~Off Topic: Yea sythe has a major leecher problem. The leecher problem is taking place in the membership forums. New players keep coming on scamming others out of their money. Leechers have increase alot n the pin selling part of sythe.

~Off Topic: Yea.. People with under 15 vouches or are new to sythe should be able to put legit or trusted in their thread or as their title.
I know its a rule/sticky , but it needs to be enforced.

 

i agree 100% im getting tired of having to scroll through 2 pages of spams like that just to post something usefull...

Catagorise it as spam.

 

If someone posts in the wrong section, those who answer with "Wrong section, move, please lock, etc." should be warned/infracted. It shouldn't matter if its the first or the 25th, they are all spam. That's what the little red thing is for on the top right with an exclamation mark called "REPORT POST". I'm also sick of hypocrites who hates spammers but spam threads as well. Also, people with huge sigs, god I hate that. Where's the "Report a huge sig" button at?

 

No it does matter what if the person is new to sythe and soesn't know what he/she doing? Only 1 person need to correct the person. If the person is familair to sythe just leave a kind message such as "hey Man you posted it wrong section=P you might wanna move it"

 

i agree i always say "wrong forum"...

sometimes other user say the same before BUT they dont do nothing... i mean

When i say "wrong forum" i go to the corerct forum copy the link.. and paste it.. so the user can learn a lil..
or when i see someone requestiong to share an account.. i go to the sticky "requestig to share an acount is not allowed" copy the url.. and paste it into my correction post...


THE POINT IS :
a lot of users post wrong forum just for spamm.. but NOBODY give links or helps the leechers to post in the correct forums..

You both have some valid points. Either way, it's still spam which is reportable. I'm sure we've all done it here on Sythe but oh well, I guess it comes down to if someone reports it or not.

 

If you says wrong forum, you are backseat moderating and will get an infraction.

i agree, its annoying having to scroll down over meaningless spam to getup posts to post your own decent opinion. or when noobs post the same thing others post just for a count. getting beyond the joke...

I agree, 1 or 2 posts politely saying to post in the correct section and asking him to edit the OP saying it has been moved is enough.

Some people even go out of their way to say "Dumbass, wrong fucking section, OMG, get a life, learn to read!"....

It's dumb shit like that, that needs to get reported for useless spam.
