Scammed by Poh

Poh added me on MSN offering to sell me MSP, and ended up scamming me. -_-
The agreed price was 50 dollars for 6.4k MSP, I verified his email on his profile (which he edited the new one out of his sig), and I sent him the payment of 50 USD over Paypal.

He's already admitted this has happened, he claims it was his brother. I'm waiting on my $50 to be refunded.
