Chargeback - mrldee

He wanted to buy a CS:GO gift from me and he went first with the payment.
I did receive the money in my paypal balance but the transaction didn't appear in my recent activity. (god damn paypal slow servers)
After it's been some mins and the payment still didn't show up, I thought that I can send him the gift and that everything will be fine since I do have the money in my paypal balance.

After I sent him the gift, he activated it straight away on his steam account

Then I return to my paypal page and when I refresh the page I notice that the money dissapeared from my balance and saw that the payment was on held then asked him about it and he said that he didn't do anything and that paypal held it because he didn't use his paypal for awhile but that's just bullshit. He disputed the payment even thought he did say that he sent it as gift but that was a lie. I couldn't check if it's on gift cause paypal took a while to process the payment.
He later said that he called paypal and said that all will be resolved in 1 hour but I think that was a lie aswell since it's been more than 12h.

You can clearly see that he used a bank account for the funds.

Someone ban him and in case paypal unhelds the money I will contact an admin so the ban can be reversed.

^ he asked me in PM whats my skype adress and I gave it to him. He later added me and confirmed in skype chat his sythe username.

You need proof of a post or PM showing mrldee's skype name

 

He asked me in PM what's my skype and I gave it to him then he added me.

He confirmed in the chat that his sythe username is mrldee.

I have recorded the whole transaction with a video recorder and will upload it if needed. He has 3 posts but when I try to view them in search of his skype username I get an error.

Why would I bother banning a newcomer with 3 posts if all this wasn't true?
