How they scammed: - My customers are people who deal with me directly and some of them join my discord through referred friends and they have complete trust in me, j2S approaches customers joining my discord ( Raiding customers ) and defames me to be able to squeeze a sale to them basically stealing customers and robbing sales which is basically scamming, and on top gets my customers at risk of getting banned, where rsps is a very sensitive area and risk is extremely high, customers do not like having their information being spread around and I'm very strict about that and he openly speaks with them about RWT which contradicts the RWT rules for safety.

- To Mention, this is NOT the first time he does it, and I WARNED him before about it as this is not the first, second or third time until I decided to get it to sythe to avoid the repercussions.

Other relevant trade screenshots: Screenshots contain sensitive information and chats sent to me by customers reporting the sketchy behavior and the weird market practices and defamatory, i can send it to the staff handling the report

 

I've included a deleted post of my recent conversation with Apollo.

In this conversation, I explicitly state I have no ill intent towards Apollo, nor any of his customers.

That said:
- I also have no way of knowing who his customers actually are
- I have no personal information about Apollo, nor his customers, nor do I want such information or have any interest in it.
- I am not in Apollos trading server on my Discord account

Not only is Apollo incorrect in all of his assertions in this report, but he's flat out projecting the idea of me defaming him in any way, shape, or form, and instead doing just that to me.

I'm not exactly sure where this sense of entitlement is exactly stemming from. No customer is exclusive to any particular seller (just as anyone who has bought off of me before does not belong to me as an exclusive customer), so I don't understand how exactly you'd like someone to not contact potential customers of yours, unless you intend to send me a list of customers and tell me they are not to be contacted.

There's a bunch of defamation as well as misinformation happening in this thread, btw. Not only has Apollo flat out called me a scammer, but he is also saying my trading practices with RWT are deplorable.

Not only do I take extreme precautions when it comes to protecting the privacy of anyone who trades with me, but I also make it a point to RWT as safely as possible with the best available knowledge. I never like seeing anyone get banned as it's simply a bad outcome for all parties involved. I've spent a great deal of time experimenting and researching the efficacy of different RWT methods, so to be discounted like this is more than insulting.

This is also precisely why I limit my trading to specific servers that I have personal stakes in and know how to navigate ban rates around from playing the servers personally. I specifically don't trade on certain servers if I consider it to be too great of a risk for customers.

With all that said, I have nothing negative to say about you. If you'd like some constructive criticism, it'd be to drop the self entitlement act.

Also included a screenshot of another DM Apollo sent me (new deleted post). Supposedly, there are people out there who give Apollo their IRL information knowingly (his claims), and I somehow have it now? Not only that, but supposedly they "pay" Apollo for "safety" (I don't know exactly what this even means).

As I said before, I do not have anyone's personal information, nor do I have any interest in it, nor do I have a way of obtaining it, and even if I did have anyone's information, it would never be shared with anyone or used against anyone as I have no functional use for it.

Just going over Apollo's exact claims on his original post (his exact words):

Apollo quote #1:

Asking someone if they are interested in buying GP is no way defaming you. I have never had anything negatively explicit to say about you as a seller in any situation. Also, I never demand exclusivity off of anyone I've ever DM'ed.

Additionally, if someone does buy off of me, that doesn't mean they can no longer buy off of anyone else going forward. That said, people are free to buy GP off of multiple sources as well. Sythe literally positions itself as a free market. It's RSPS GP, not designer clothes with someone coming in and selling knockoffs. Everyone is essentially selling the same exact product. That said, I sell on a smaller subset of servers than you, so there is less of a market share on my end due to this factor, but there is still going to be overlap, naturally, not to mention our 262 mutual friends on Discord.


Apollo quote #2:

If somebody conducts a sale and it doesn't happen with you, that doesn't mean anyone got scammed. What happened to scamming being taking someone's money and running with it? With that kind of logic, that means any sale that occurs in RSPS that doesn't go through you (whether through me or any other seller), that can be argued to have been a scam from your POV since that's potential profit you could've had over another seller.

Apollo quote #3:

RSPS is a sensitive area, but I don't spread anyone's information around. This is simply not true, and my agenda has never involved anyone getting banned. I'm more than aware of some of the detection vectors staff employ to catch people who use subpar ways to transfer GP on their servers, and I stay very mindful of this in my trading practices. This entire report is unfounded.

 

I'd like to add some additional rhetoric, before this turns into a witch hunt.

This entire thread is predicated on mainly these things:

Apollo's insecurities + potential bad trading practices.

I make it a point to not collect customer information, which is why I only accept OSRS and crypto payments. I don't have a way to obtain people's IRL information even if I wanted to. This was a conscious decision I made when I first got into trading in the event something compromised myself / my accounts and people's information could've been floated. I don't have a need for anything from people outside of their alias/sythe accounts to conduct business.

Apollo on the other hand appears to be collecting IRL information, based off of previous admissions that he's shown me. I'm not sure what kind of information he might be collecting on customers, but I don't know what I have to do with it. If he's making some kind of promises to customers about privacy and they feel like he is violating them, that is probably something he should work out with them, not with me.

Also - Yes, I do advertise on other places that aren't Sythe, such as other forums and even broadcast GP sales to other public discords (as do most other sellers). That said, I also conduct my trades in DMs currently and this is where I reach out to folk normally and have been doing for a long time.

If someone does not wish to trade with me, that's typically their decision and I don't have anything to hold against them for it. Whatever discussions they have with Apollo, I also have no part in - and do not wish to have a part in.

The fact that this thread is even being entertained given the outlandish conspiracy theories being floated alongside the nonsense is just beyond wild, lmao.

 

Customer discord ID is the information, RSPS staff lurk discords to find rwters, in my discord I make sure that customers ID is not shown and there's no normal way to grab the ID of anyone joining unless you use an abnormal way to grab discord ID of people joining my discord, the customers who join have no mutual places with you and they're private customers, you obtaining their info through the discord is to be investigated

 

The last person you PMed me about is literally in a mutual RSPS discord with me as well as on my friends list (user mutuals shown in deleted post)

I don't use Discord for anything outside of conducting RS/RSPS sales so if I've added someone or vice-versa, I'm going to assume that they're added for those underlying reasons. Everything else is showmanship and marketing/salesmanship.

Also, I'm not particularly sure why the topic of RSPS staff is being brought up, unless you are trying to imply something about me? I do not collude with any RSPS staff nor will I ever do such a thing. I keep the information of anyone I've ever contacted very secure and private and hold myself to high standards regarding this.

If you'd like elaborate more on some of your other claims specifically in this thread, specifically:

- Given your use of the word "scam": Who I have scammed, how much I've scammed them, etc - that'd be greatly appreciated.
- Who I've gotten banned/put at risk of being banned. I don't give out anybody's info or collude with RSPS staff, so who exactly am I putting at risk, and how am I putting them at risk? Please elaborate.


I'm not sure what you'd like me to do to appease you in this situation as I have no bad blood with you, yet you continue to go on a baseless & unprovoked series of direct attacks against me.

 

So out of nowhere once he joins my discord, he gets added instantly and asked if he RWTs ? how did you know he joined my discord while it doesn't appear to anyone, and wanted to RWT, being in an RSPS discord means he plays the RSPS, you added him after joining my discord and called him to an RWT, in the screenshots above I've included 4 cases with a similar approach, its obvious you're raiding the discord IDs from my discord with an abnormal method.

 

You seemed to ignore my previous post about where I asked you to elaborate on all of the scamming I've been doing and the people I've been getting banned / putting at risk of ban. I'm going to assume that these were in fact untrue claims? Please confirm if this is the case, given you're choosing to ignore replying to specific parts of my messages.

Additionally, I don't understand your insistence on exclusivity to customers (specifically the claim of a customer "belonging" to someone). A customer is not property - there is no ownership of claim to anyone in a free marketplace. This goes for myself and any other seller out there. I hope you can agree with this sentiment.

Do you happen to have exclusivity contracts or agreements signed with people stating they agree to only trade with yourself? Do you monitor their online activity to see who they have traded in the past? I'm not sure how you are able to come to such clairvoyant conclusions without having this kind of intricate information at your disposal (unless you in fact do all of these things and have access to all of their online accounts to see these kinds of things - let me know if that is the case).

So you refuse to elaborate on your "scam"/"ban" claims when asked and it doesn't appear that you have exclusivity contracts signed with these customers.

I guess the only thing left here is for Sythe staff to clarify if your argument of customers belonging to you as if they were your property is a valid premise.

I simply don't know what I don't know. I'll continue DMing people as that is how I conduct my business. If they happen to have also purchased from you in the past, that's not something I could have known before hand - this is just an example of you being territorial and thinking you own the RSPS section.
