omg Phissuree.. help pls

I just clicked on a phisure which someone claimed was a vouch thread and I found the items on my laptop, I deleted them but am I safe now?

 

A Phisher generally does not download anything to your computer. Can you possibly link to this thread in which the link was given?

You could have accidently hit "CNTRL" while clicking on it, therefor downloading a HTML file, which is harmless.
