Ultimatescapehacks is a scammer!

So, I was looking to buy some US2 gold for paypal money. He messaged me, I added him on Skype, and we cleared things up. He then told me to send the money to him, which I did, and then went completely silent. Not a word. He refuses to respond to what i'm saying, and did not complete the transaction at all.

As you can see, he was a bit shady to begin with, but he was one of the few people selling US2 gold for PP. I would like to either be refunded my $10.55, or get what I actually paid for. This is my first experience on this website, and I got ripped off immediately.

PS: What happens if he refuses to do either? Is he simply banned so he can make a new account and do it again? Just wondering.

I hope this can get resolved.

 

Proof that's his skype?

 

His Skype name not only matches his name on the website, but he's the only person I gave my Skype to, and within 15 minutes of sending the message I got a request from a guy with an identical name to the one on the forums. Nobody else would have been able to get my Skype.

 

And also, after the transaction, the only person who had access to my paypal email (Ultimatscapehacks), changed the password to the email hooked up to paypal. Please ban him.

 

The IP of that skype matches to his IP, banned.
