Omg, Why Can't I Remove My Email Address?

I can't un-prescribe my email address on Runescape. I log in and click

"If you no longer wish to receive emails from us, you can unsubscribe by clicking here."

But, they never give me a confirmation code, WTF!?!?!?!?!?

 

If it's not the original e-mail address it's not gonna work.
Also, check your SPAM box.

 

Sometime, you have to ask them to resend it.

If you don't receive it, then it's the wrong email address.

 

I know it's the original, it's just not sending me the code for some reason.

 

Just check your e-mail if your the orig. owner. The problem now though is if someone else gets your pass you have to prove your e-mail and then do the entire recovery form. Its a totally unnecessary pain in the ass in my opinion.
