being muted is killing me

the only way you can unmute someone is if:
1. The server has an unmute command.
2. You are the owner and can manually remove your friend from the muted list.
otherwise, you will just have to ask the owner to do it

hi can u unmute me this happend 2 times it made runescape boring people asked me loads of stuff but i couldnt answer back plz un mute me plz

who here hates being muted

meeee!!!!!!!

[Bloodraider]

Its different for other servers...

Some have mutedate

and others have a "Muted.txt" which you can remove their name from. Only people who run the server can remove though.
