spend 2 weeks in vegas and 3 days in hollywood tv really makes it seem like if your heading to an amazing place full of wonders but its seriously nothing special, hollywood is very lame. the tours are like nothing you see on tv when you go the sets. you barley even get to see a show or movie being shot for more than 15 seconds since you have to keep it moving, the hollywood sign is impossible to get a picture of, and at night evrything dies and the streets are full of hookers.

vegas is fun for 2-3 days but thats about it, went to evry hotel did almost evrything you can do, gamble, roller coasters, clubbing, shows and went to good restaurants.. gets old very fast

i know it has alot to do with who you go but me and my friends all agreed its seriously overated and was a huge letdown

on another note, i love how theres illegal immigrants handing out free pornagraphy to children in the strip and all the hookers in mid day light.

It's not the place, It's the people.
Home may be more fun, It usually is for me!
You have to be with the right people, schedule nothing, just go out and have fun.

Both are extremly appealing to me, although not for the propper tourist side. Im busy saving up to go to the World Series of Poker Main Event in Vegas, while with Hollywood id hope my career kicks off as im currently doing a Degree in Drama.

My dad runs casinos for a living, I have lived in vegas for 15 years, before moving to michigan a few months ago. My dad is opening up a casino out here and we will move back in a few years. If you have "connections", or money you can do anything in vegas. There is so many little things that you don't even know about that are there. For example me being 16 movie theater, ever sit down with all the little kids, and the old guy sleeping with his foot on your chair ? Well i have not in years, there are privet booths behind all the seats, in most casino movie theaters. There is amazing food it may cost a few hundred for a decent meal, but its there. As a kid, I miss vegas there is so much more to do, i currently live in a small down with median income of like 16k a year lol. There is nothing to do, and i am always home alone because my dad works 10-14 hour days 6 days a week. (rage type over)
