I bought a santa off Dylan' when it was crashing for $10 a couple weeks back. Paypal recently refunded him for some odd reason. I been trying to contact him the past 2 days and when i finally get a hold of him, he tells me that his paypal was frozen and he would send me the $10 back with his new account. After hours later i still haven't received it back and he wouldnt respond to me about giving my $10 back.
