"Flaming" Infraction

Benwise gave me an infraction for "Flaming" when I posted that this kids youtube video wasn't his, and he was a scammer. So I confronted Benwise about it, and he said I didn't have proof. So I said "Float Like a Butterfly, Sting Like a Bee" and he say's, "Is that a threat? If it is, I can ban you!" And I happily reply, You can't ban me, because you have no proof of it being a threat or not. So then he goes on a random rant and is being all, hypocritical and when I confront him about it, he said "I am a mod, I have the right to do anything I want without proof." So yeah, I feel the infraction should be removed because Benwise hypocritically declared his statement "You need proof" and he is an idiot. So yeah. Im done now.

That's the clause I stated, and this is what I said to you.

I don't see anywhere once where I say "I'm a mod and I can do anything I want without proof"

Also, the infraction was meant to be accusation of scamming without proof. But you also flamed, so it doesn't matter.

Don't try to tell me the rules, you obviously haven't read them.
