    I don't think you need to write the answers when you're changing/removing them.

    Can you remove recoveries you don't remember?
    If it is your account, you can recover it by putting in all the other information such as first password used, isp, and other little details to the account only you would know.

    Recovering as "stolen password" resets the recoveries if it goes through.

    Can you remove recoveries you don't remember?
    you could just wait till they are canceled :p or do a stolen password submit, and it'll reset all of the info.
