Probably just another way to try to get people to believe that they are legit and what-not, to lure them in.

I bet they really are desperate now. They know that there are tons of competitors and forums w/ black markets that they are willing to do anything to get customers. I bet that if they didn't take so damn long to get an order done and their customer support wasn't so shitty, they would have a lot more people willing to use their service.
