So, curious...getting dragged back into RuneScape after being out of the loop for years. What would get me the most XP/hour training Attack and Strength? GP gain is not an issue. Monsters, minigames, take your pick.

    Stats: ~80 Attack, ~75 Strength, ~75 Defence, ~70 Prayer, ~75 Ranged, ~75 Magic, ~50 Summoning

    Gear:

    Helm of Neitiznot
    Obsidian Cape
    Dharok's/Guthan's Platebody
    DDS/Dscim/Whip
    Rune Defender
    Dragon Platelegs
    Dragon Boots
    Barrows Gloves

I have about 8M in spare GP to spend, and GP spent on food/potions/etc is really not much of an issue, as long as it's not insanely expensive.

I havent played for a while but I heard that they cut the EXP gain by half, it used to be you got 4 XP per 1 HP point , now its 2 XP, kinda made not going back to runescape better,
but im considering playing RSC again, hrmm

anyway, you sure you want to do this ?

There's an altar right next to them, so you can stay there forever :) And they will keep attacking you, because you are in human-form.

If you're interested in Afkable training, Bandits are perfect. You only have to click once every 5 minutes, so buy a stopwatch.

If you're attentive, then you can use Ape Atoll monkeys or the zombies in the dungeon below them.

do quote me on this but i believe the quest is Defender of Varrock. after you start/complete that quest you can go in the dungeon in the wildy chaos alter where there are armored zombies, that's where i trained. they have 850 hp and are pretty easy to kill ;) the maz ive ever had them hit on me was an 80
