Olm Services (possible) exit scam

Explanation of the trade:
I started working as a worker for Olm with a lot of great ideas on how to grow the business and attract new customers. I paid a 50M deposit as a worker and was offered a Manager position rather quickly, but had to pay an additional deposit of 150M, making the total 200M. Screenshots can be found below.

As seen in the earlier reports Olm is accused of scamming 2.55B. My post in that thread shows the way I am involved in Olm Services and I never saw this coming. Olm invested a lot of money in sponsorships and a lot of time into setting up the Discord and services. I truly believed in the potential of Olm Services and I myself, other staff members and workers put a lot of time in effort into the service and thinking of ideas on how to improve and expand the business. You can understand my disappointment and disbelief when I woke up this morning to see the entire Discord server gone and seeing the messages.

Obviously I am annoyed that he shamed our trust like this if this is true, but I feel more upset for some of our workers, who depend on income from services who now have very little work.

I consider myself a loyal person and tried contacting Olm throughout the day. He stated he has been hacked and I tried talking to him to gather proof that, if this was true, we could prove that he did in fact got hacked and I would help him do so if he could provide proof. Unfortunately he ghosted me shortly after.

Before posting this I contacted him once more to try and have him return everyone their deposits, but unfortunately he didn't respond to these messages either.

In the other thread he stated he can't access his Discord, so that can explain why he isn't able to contact us through his regular Discord.

How they scammed: possibly exit scamming and leaving all workers and staff with their deposit unreturned.

Other relevant trade screenshots: Can post a bunch of the conversations, but don't think they are really relevant. Having the entire Discord Server disappeared, the other scam report(s) and the acceptance of my deposit, seems like plenty of evidence. If not, please let me know and I will of course add more details. If mods needs to contact me to ask questions, please feel free to do so.

Since he didn't block any one yet and claims to have been hacked, I stated this as a possible exit scam. I can't PM him on Sythe and he hasn't created another Discord or anything to contact any of the staff which he could've done.

Like stated before, working for this service was all with good intentions. To provide affordable and fast service for all RuneScape needs with next level customer support and help the business grow to hopefully be soon amongst the top service providers. I'm truly sorry that it's turning out this way.

Yahallo! not an 'exit scam' did not think I would hear those words from you Genie lol.. I have been trying to get my account unlocked if you have no trust in me at all left then I will make an account first thing tomorrow and message you for your deposit thought you would let me sort things out but it looks like you just want to leave me in the gutter

 

@Olm Services like stated before man, I'm here to help, just like other staff members are, but we can't help you if you're not reaching out. Creating a new Discord to at least discuss with us would be a logical step. You have my details, please add me once you've created a new temporarily Discord.
