Credit card fraud/identity theft, if he didn't plan on doing anything he wouldn't have taken pictures of the number and he says the only reason he isn't buying gold is because he likes the gold sellers and doesn't want them to be charged back. All manners of illegal and about a million red flags.
Later proceeds to try and justify it and think of ways to avoid getting caught, real scumbag.
