Get rid of Meridian Ace - Very Dangerous

He was banned a week ago:

Got himself unbanned because he realised a scam report was filed, and to save himself he offers to pay back by filing an excuse pertaining to the facilitation of money through 3rd party.

Realises a scam report is out and makes the exact same excuse which got him unbanned! Surely, this isn't a coincidence. He's doing this because he got caught.

Ban him before he preys upon another unsuspecting victim.

 

A report with no evidence (from a now-banned user) is in no way helpful. I've banned him until the $7 clears in the most recent report and he'll likely get a TwC due to the repeated trading issues, though it looks like no scam has actually occurred and all users have been paid
