    iPod Touch issue

Firstly, my iPod is NOT jailbroken.

Everytime I open the music player, it plays the song I select, then when it finishes plays the next song for 5 seconds, then the iPod crashes to the home screen.

I can then easily open up music again and play another song, but it gets tedious having to put the wong on every 3-4 minutes.

Has anyone ever had this before? And/or got any tips on fixing it?

Is it that your music files are corrupted?

Was about to suggest the same thing. If you hold the top button and the home screen button simultaneously, you will do a basic restore of your iPod. If you want to do a full restoration of your iPod you will have to connect it to the main computer with a USB cord. Then go into your iTunes and restore the iPod.

I attempted a basic restore a couple of days ago, nothing.

I'll try a full restore tomorrow.

A full restore is likely the answer to your problems and if not, it's likely a technical issue with the iPod and you will need to take it to Apple.
