What have you done besides contradict yourself with a pathetic post?

If you weren't being sarcastic; It's not a very hard training method, particularly through the Range Guild.

It's simply boring, but bottable.

However the ban rate is not low.

OT: When I used to bot it, I brought more then 50K RSGP in.

Everyone knows this already, especially people who bots, and I think more than half of this community are using bots, and people who are not are using bots secretly. I don't know how sarcasm would contradict my post, and this training method is just the same as using High Alchemy, which is repeatedly clicking over the same spot, but just with modifications. I wouldn't suggest you do this unless you are using a bot (if you want to get banned in a few hours, I suggest you do this). There are more training methods that are faster, and could be more time-efficient.
